It is the universal, generational impact of untreated mental illness, untreated addiction and unacknowledged grief that flows through our family trees.

As if on a river of silence and denial, the rule of not taking about any of this is what is a major cause of the escalation of deaths from mental illness and addiction today and what is most damaging of all for generations to come.
